The value test
If one delegated hour creates or protects more value than the package's effective hourly rate, the service can pay for itself — before counting reduced hiring risk, continuity and management time.

Commercial terms
Plain terms, written down.
No surprises at invoice time. These are the standard terms every package runs on.
Onboarding
Setup is included in every 20-hour pilot. Standard onboarding is £149 for 40/80-hour plans, £299 for Embedded and £499 for Pods — waived when you choose a 6-month commitment.
Minimum term
Recommended initial term of three months, then monthly renewal with 30 days' written notice.
Billing
Recurring fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Work begins after cleared payment unless credit terms are agreed.
Overage
Only with written approval: general operations £18/hour; specialist finance £22/hour; outbound/automation £24/hour.
Rollover
Up to 10% of unused capacity may roll for one month on 80-hour plans and above, while the account is active.
Hours
Hours are productive service capacity, not employee attendance. Work is scheduled inside an agreed UK business-hours window and trained backup personnel may be used to protect continuity.
Data security
Least-privilege, individual, revocable access. Credentials shared only through an approved credential manager.
Confidentiality
Delivery personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations.

You remain the controller and decision-maker for your business. We follow documented instructions and do not provide legal, tax, HR, financial, health and safety or other regulated advice.
